You will pick up some useful découpage tips along the way. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eBuilding Your Creative Palette\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWhile the base dries, you will put together your palette.
