Rohrer & Klingner continues a long-established ink-making tradition with this ink range of 18 different color tones produced for fountain pens and dip pens. Alongside classic colors (including two iron gall inks), modern color options specially developed for calligraphy and the art of writing are also offered.

The inks are produced using traditional methods while being supported by modern raw materials. They feature a balanced formula containing high-quality, vibrant color pigments, specially treated water, and a minimum of additives. This unique composition ensures excellent capillary action and writing performance.

In addition, the Iron Gall inks included in the range oxidize upon exposure to air, increasing color intensity, which is why the writing they produce is considered permanent, or "archival-safe."
