Exchanges may be made only within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that the products are still in good and unused condition with original packaging. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us at ask@cziplee.com before returning it.
CzipLee Retail reserves the right not to exchange the products if they do not fulfill the requirements as stated prior. 

  1. Refunds may only be available on a case by case basis and will be made via store credit or cash refund. CzipLee Retail reserves the right to not give any refunds, even if the original receipt is presented.
  2. Refunds and exchanges may be effected in one of two ways:
    1. Return or exchange via post;
    2. Return or exchange at the physical store
For returns and exchanges done online, any balance or refund amount will be made via bank transfer. 
  1. There is strictly NO EXCHANGE OR RETURN  for items bought during special sales or items that are at extra markdown (i.e. items in the CzipThrift category).
  2. Products purchased in large quantities (bulk orders) and at reduced rates may not be returned or exchanged.
  3. In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, simply e-mail or Whatsapp us (via the process above) and we will arrange to have the item replaced. All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection.
  4. We try our best to avoid errors in orders but if you think you’ve received the wrong item, then simply lodge a return by contacting us ask@cziplee.com, Whatsapp us at +60122191559 or bring your item together with your receipt to our physical outlet.
