Is there an entrance fee?
Yes, CzipVillage 2026 has a ticketed entry for the public days on 13 & 14 June. General entry is RM10 per day. Kids 12 years old and below enter for FREE.
How many children can I bring in for free with one adult ticket?
There is no limit! Kids aged 12 and below enter for free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Why is there a charge?
CzipVillage 2026 is our first ticketed event, and we want to be upfront about why. The RM10 entry helps us create a more intentional experience — better programming, more immersive spaces, and a more thoughtfully curated atmosphere for everyone there.
CzipVillage has always been built by and for this community, and we don’t take that lightly. Every ringgit goes toward making this something more meaningful and special.
Kids 12 and below still enter for free. Thank you for continuing to show up for us.

Online sales run until tickets are sold out. After that, tickets will only be available at the door on event days.
How do I purchase my ticket online?
Follow these steps to purchase your ticket:

2. Choose your dates — Single Day Pass or Two Day Pass
3. Choose your quantity
4. Proceed to Checkout

10. Receive your Confirmation Email with your Barcode — or view your tickets under My Tickets in your CloudJoi profile
What is CloudJoi? Is it a safe platform to purchase from?

Can I purchase tickets for someone else?
Yes, you can purchase tickets on behalf of others! However, please take note of the following:
1. Each e-ticket QR code is valid for a single entry only.
2. If someone tries to scan the same QR code again (e.g. from a photocopy or screenshot), our system will immediately flag it as already used.
3. In case of any dispute, our on-site team will verify the original ticket purchaser’s identity using details collected at checkout — such as name, contact number, email, or payment slip.
4. To stay safe, avoid sharing your QR code publicly or with others.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can purchase at one time?
Yes, you can purchase a maximum of 15 tickets per transaction.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes! If online tickets are sold out, tickets can be purchased at the door on both event days (13 & 14 June). A QR code will be shared for you to scan and complete your purchase at the counter, after which a wristband will be issued.
Please note:
1. Onsite ticket quantities may be limited.
2. Availability may change depending on event-day operations and may be adjusted or suspended based on reservation rates.
3. Updates on onsite sales will be announced through our official channels.
Can I attend on both days with one ticket?
Each ticket is valid for one day only. A separate ticket is required for each day of attendance. Entry is only permitted on the date stated on your ticket.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Is there a group discount or bundle ticket?
There are no group discounts. Here are our ticket options:
- Single Day Pass: RM10 / day
- Two Day Pass: RM20 (covers both 13 & 14 June)
Children 12 and below enter for free.
Are there any special rates for students?
There are no special rates — general entry is RM10 per day for everyone. Children 12 and below enter for free.
Wristbands & Entry
What do I get when I purchase a ticket?
Upon entry, you will receive a wristband that grants you access to the event for your chosen day. Keep it on at all times — you’ll need it to re-enter if you leave!
How do I collect my wristband in advance?
For a smoother entry experience, we recommend collecting your wristband in advance at CzipLee Bangsar Village 2.

Collection dates and timings will be announced on @czipvillage and @cziplee.
1. Head to CzipLee Bangsar Village 2 during the announced collection period
2. Show your ticket QR code at the counter for scanning
3. Your wristband will be issued — do not lose it!
4. Lost wristbands will require you to rejoin the queue at the event for wristband collection and require a round of verification from our onsite team.
How do I collect my wristband on the day of the event?
If you did not collect your wristband in advance, you will need to queue at the wristband collection counter at the venue.
1. Prepare your ticket QR code before reaching the counter
2. Our staff will scan your QR code
3. Upon scanning, a wristband will be issued to you
4. Please note that queues may be longer during peak hours
Can I collect wristbands for my friends and family?
Yes, you can collect on behalf of others!

I purchased a Two Day Pass. Do I get two wristbands or one?
If you purchased a Two Day Pass, you will receive 2 separate QR codes — one for each day.
Please make sure to scan the correct QR code on the day of your visit. Upon scanning, a wristband will be issued for that day.
I lost my wristband. What do I do?
Unfortunately, lost wristbands cannot be replaced. You will need to rejoin the queue at the event counter. Please take good care of your wristband once collected!

What if my wristband breaks or falls off accidentally?
Bring your wristband to our on-site team and show your proof of purchase or QR code and we will reissue a new one. Please note:
1. If you have your wristband (even if broken) and proof of purchase / QR code, we will reissue a new one.
2. If you do not have your wristband or proof of purchase, entry will be considered void and a new ticket will need to be purchased.
Where exactly is the entrance to CzipVillage 2026?
We will be sharing full entrance and ticketing details closer to the event on our social media pages. Keep a lookout on @czipvillage and @cziplee!
My QR code is not scanning. What should I do?
Please approach our on-site team for assistance. To verify your entry, our team will check your identity using details collected at checkout — such as your name, contact number, email, or payment slip. This helps protect you and ensure secure entry for all.
Will there be long queues at the event?
Queues may occur during peak hours. To avoid this, we highly recommend collecting your wristband in advance at CzipLee Bangsar Village 2 before the event day.
Please follow staff instructions at all times. Temporary admission control may be implemented if necessary.
Can I re-enter the venue if I leave?
Yes! As long as your wristband is intact and valid, you are welcome to re-enter on the same day. Entry is only permitted on the date stated on your ticket — re-entry on other dates will not be permitted.
Can I attend on both days with one ticket?
If you'd like to attend on both days, you can purchase a Two Day Pass (RM20) which covers both 13 & 14 June 2026. Alternatively, a Single Day Pass is RM10 per day. Each ticket is valid for the date stated — entry on other dates will not be permitted.
