When will my order ship?
  • Fully paid orders will be despatched within 3 working days
  • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (Malaysian hours +0800 GMT)
  • Our daily processing cut off time is 1800 hours (UTC +8.00)
  • All shipment quotes are based on shipping address, not billing address
  • We try our best, but there may be delays during sales or holiday periods 

How do I track my order?
  1. Check your email
    Tracking numbers will be sent along with your shipping order status update via email once your order is ready for shipment or picked up by our courier. 
  2. Click the link
    Click the “View your order” or linked tracking number to view shipment status.
  3. Get Excited!
    Delivery time after pick up will solely depend on the courier’s speed of service. 

NOTE: To ensure smooth delivery of your order, it is best to provide full contact details including telephone number and email address so you can be contacted locally if there are problems with delivery. 


Local Courier Services 
We mainly use GDex delivery services, an express trackable service. Estimated delivery times are between 2-5 business days, after fulfilment. Please note that delivery times may sometimes be longer due to public holidays and festive seasons. 

Shipping charges are a flat rate of RM8 (for West Malaysia) and RM15 (for East Malaysia) for orders below RM100. For orders RM100 and above, shipping is FREE!

This service requires a signature upon delivery, so we recommend you provide your work address or nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel on your behalf. 

In-store Pick Up

If you’d like to visit the store to pick up your purchases, you can choose your preferred store for pick up (from the product or checkout page). An email notification will be sent to you once your order is ready for pickup. Your order will usually be ready for pickup within 24 hours, but subject to the store’s operating hours and closure due to selected public holidays*. 

*Czip+ Bangsar operating hours are currently Monday - Saturday, 10am till 7.00pm. Kindly expect a longer turnaround time if your order is made after Saturday evening or on Sundays. 

In the event that you do not turn up at the store to collect your order, we will hold it for a maximum of 7 working days before contacting you to arrange for shipping. Any shipping costs not collected upon checkout will then be charged to you. 

PLEASE NOTE: You are only able to checkout a self-pickup order successfully if ALL items in your cart are available or in stock in the same outlet (store availability will be reflected on the product page). Should you wish to buy items which are available at different outlets, please feel free to add to cart again and repurchase.

NOTE: Due to the flammable nature of aerosols, products such as spray paints can only be shipped within Peninsular Malaysia.



International orders are subject to weight-calculated shipping charges. We ship to selected international destinations. Countries outside of Malaysia will receive orders in approximately 5-30 business days (orders often arrive sooner than this, but transit time varies based on destination country, performance of postal service/s and custom clearance). You can select the relevant country in the checkout section of the store. We will do our best to ensure your delivery arrives as soon as possible. You may be liable for the destination country’s taxes, please check this prior to ordering. CzipLee Retail will not be responsible for any duties or charges incurred at the recipient country nor can we under-declare the value of the shipment. 

Express Shipping (2-15 business days)
Due to the unreliability of certain postal networks, CzipLee Retail uses FedEx International shipping services which can be tracked and are much faster than standard shipping service. Estimated delivery is approximately 2-15 working days depending on your location. 
This service requires a signature upon delivery. Please nominate a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel (ideally a work/office address you know will be attended). 
NOTE: Can deliver to Street Address ONLY. CANNOT deliver to PO BOX addresses. 

When ordering from CzipLee Retail, you will be responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; CzipLee Retail has no control over these charges, nor can CzipLee Retail predict what they may be. CzipLee Retail will also not be able to under-declare any invoice or shipment value. 
Custom policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 
Customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. 
Countries that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan and Turkey. 

Each item in your order is sold by CzipLee Retail Sdn Bhd. 
Those items for shipment to countries outside of Malaysia may be subject to taxes, custom duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. 
In the case of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient, you also agree to grant the foregoing authorizations on behalf of the recipient designated in your order. 
To obtain details regarding the Actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified in your shipment confirmation. 
These terms and conditions are in addition to the standard Conditions of Use of the CzipLee website. Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in Malaysia. 

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages, the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labelling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from shop.cziplee.com, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. 

Your privacy is important to us, and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs and/or postal authorities. 
Also, we may provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs and/or postal authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. 
If the order is a gift, the package is marked “Gift”, but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs. Customs authorities require the value of the gift item to be stated directly on the package.
