Discover the timeless beauty of Copperplate Calligraphy, also known as English Roundhand - an elegant script that originated in the 17th century. Guided by Syuhada (@byhandarts), participants will learn the art of pointed pen calligraphy, from mastering pressure control to forming graceful letterforms and connecting them into beautiful words.

What You'll Learn:

The Art of Pointed Pen Calligraphy
Understand the anatomy of a pointed pen, learn essential tools, and develop the control and technique needed to write with confidence and fluidity.

Basic Strokes & Letterforms
Master the foundational strokes and pressure techniques before progressing to lowercase Copperplate letters, with drills for consistent slant, spacing, and rhythm.

Finding Your Style
Learn how to avoid common beginner mistakes and pick up tips to build your confidence as you begin to develop your own unique calligraphy style.

Language
The workshop will be conducted in English.
